Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CLTWrap2.dll
2.Extract CLTWrap2.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CLTWrap2.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CLTWrap2.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CLTWrap2.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CLTWrap2.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CLTWrap2.dll and press Enter.
