Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CSGL12Control.dll
2.Extract CSGL12Control.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CSGL12Control.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CSGL12Control.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CSGL12Control.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CSGL12Control.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CSGL12Control.dll and press Enter.
