Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CSeal4MSOffice.dll
2.Extract CSeal4MSOffice.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CSeal4MSOffice.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CSeal4MSOffice.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CSeal4MSOffice.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CSeal4MSOffice.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CSeal4MSOffice.dll and press Enter.
