Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CommonProperties.dll
2.Extract CommonProperties.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CommonProperties.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CommonProperties.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CommonProperties.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CommonProperties.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CommonProperties.dll and press Enter.
