Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Ctl2D.dll
2.Extract Ctl2D.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Ctl2D.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Ctl2D.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Ctl2D.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Ctl2D.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Ctl2D.dll and press Enter.
