Using the zip or rar file
1.Download certobj.dll
2.Extract certobj.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract certobj.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting certobj.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract certobj.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place certobj.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 certobj.dll and press Enter.
