Using the zip or rar file
1.Download chgdat.dll
2.Extract chgdat.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract chgdat.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting chgdat.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract chgdat.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place chgdat.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 chgdat.dll and press Enter.
