Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cl31cu.dll
2.Extract cl31cu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cl31cu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cl31cu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cl31cu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cl31cu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cl31cu.dll and press Enter.
