Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VADEC.DLL 6.00.8166
2.Extract VADEC.DLL 6.00.8166 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VADEC.DLL 6.00.8166 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VADEC.DLL 6.00.8166.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VADEC.DLL 6.00.8166 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VADEC.DLL 6.00.8166 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VADEC.DLL 6.00.8166 and press Enter.
