Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll
2.Extract VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll and press Enter.
