Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vpnapi.dll
2.Extract vpnapi.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vpnapi.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vpnapi.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vpnapi.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vpnapi.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vpnapi.dll and press Enter.
