Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vcl60.bpl 6.0.6.163
2.Extract vcl60.bpl 6.0.6.163 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vcl60.bpl 6.0.6.163 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vcl60.bpl 6.0.6.163.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vcl60.bpl 6.0.6.163 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vcl60.bpl 6.0.6.163 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vcl60.bpl 6.0.6.163 and press Enter.
