Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VAEN2.DLL 2.0.0.5422
2.Extract VAEN2.DLL 2.0.0.5422 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VAEN2.DLL 2.0.0.5422 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VAEN2.DLL 2.0.0.5422.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VAEN2.DLL 2.0.0.5422 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VAEN2.DLL 2.0.0.5422 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VAEN2.DLL 2.0.0.5422 and press Enter.
