Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VB7TLDUI.dll 8.0.50727.1
2.Extract VB7TLDUI.dll 8.0.50727.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VB7TLDUI.dll 8.0.50727.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VB7TLDUI.dll 8.0.50727.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VB7TLDUI.dll 8.0.50727.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VB7TLDUI.dll 8.0.50727.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VB7TLDUI.dll 8.0.50727.1 and press Enter.
