Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VCT150p.DLL 1.5.0.52
2.Extract VCT150p.DLL 1.5.0.52 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VCT150p.DLL 1.5.0.52 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VCT150p.DLL 1.5.0.52.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VCT150p.DLL 1.5.0.52 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VCT150p.DLL 1.5.0.52 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
