Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VFPCAB.DLL
2.Extract VFPCAB.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract VFPCAB.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VFPCAB.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VFPCAB.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VFPCAB.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VFPCAB.DLL and press Enter.
