Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VIDTC3UI.DLL 6.00.8159
2.Extract VIDTC3UI.DLL 6.00.8159 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VIDTC3UI.DLL 6.00.8159 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VIDTC3UI.DLL 6.00.8159.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VIDTC3UI.DLL 6.00.8159 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VIDTC3UI.DLL 6.00.8159 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VIDTC3UI.DLL 6.00.8159 and press Enter.
