Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VIDTLPUI.DLL 6.0.0.8167
2.Extract VIDTLPUI.DLL 6.0.0.8167 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VIDTLPUI.DLL 6.0.0.8167 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VIDTLPUI.DLL 6.0.0.8167.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VIDTLPUI.DLL 6.0.0.8167 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VIDTLPUI.DLL 6.0.0.8167 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VIDTLPUI.DLL 6.0.0.8167 and press Enter.
