Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VPCompare2D.dll 5.1.0.40214
2.Extract VPCompare2D.dll 5.1.0.40214 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VPCompare2D.dll 5.1.0.40214 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VPCompare2D.dll 5.1.0.40214.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VPCompare2D.dll 5.1.0.40214 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VPCompare2D.dll 5.1.0.40214 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VPCompare2D.dll 5.1.0.40214 and press Enter.
