Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VPM16T.DLL
2.Extract VPM16T.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract VPM16T.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VPM16T.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VPM16T.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VPM16T.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VPM16T.DLL and press Enter.
