Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VPP Flange.dll
2.Extract VPP Flange.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VPP Flange.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VPP Flange.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VPP Flange.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VPP Flange.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VPP Flange.dll and press Enter.
