Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VRMINHLP.DLL
2.Extract VRMINHLP.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract VRMINHLP.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VRMINHLP.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VRMINHLP.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VRMINHLP.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VRMINHLP.DLL and press Enter.
