Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VSLangproj.dll 7.00.9466
2.Extract VSLangproj.dll 7.00.9466 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VSLangproj.dll 7.00.9466 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VSLangproj.dll 7.00.9466.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VSLangproj.dll 7.00.9466 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VSLangproj.dll 7.00.9466 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VSLangproj.dll 7.00.9466 and press Enter.
