Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VSTEXT.DLL 5.1.0.1050
2.Extract VSTEXT.DLL 5.1.0.1050 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VSTEXT.DLL 5.1.0.1050 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VSTEXT.DLL 5.1.0.1050.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VSTEXT.DLL 5.1.0.1050 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VSTEXT.DLL 5.1.0.1050 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VSTEXT.DLL 5.1.0.1050 and press Enter.
