Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VVIEWRES.DLL 11.0.3709
2.Extract VVIEWRES.DLL 11.0.3709 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VVIEWRES.DLL 11.0.3709 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VVIEWRES.DLL 11.0.3709.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VVIEWRES.DLL 11.0.3709 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VVIEWRES.DLL 11.0.3709 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VVIEWRES.DLL 11.0.3709 and press Enter.
