Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VetNTMsg.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract VetNTMsg.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VetNTMsg.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VetNTMsg.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VetNTMsg.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VetNTMsg.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VetNTMsg.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
