Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VirSynTERA.dll
2.Extract VirSynTERA.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VirSynTERA.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VirSynTERA.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VirSynTERA.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VirSynTERA.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VirSynTERA.dll and press Enter.
