Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Vis3DtoVis2D.dll 5.1.0.40214
2.Extract Vis3DtoVis2D.dll 5.1.0.40214 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Vis3DtoVis2D.dll 5.1.0.40214 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Vis3DtoVis2D.dll 5.1.0.40214.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Vis3DtoVis2D.dll 5.1.0.40214 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Vis3DtoVis2D.dll 5.1.0.40214 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Vis3DtoVis2D.dll 5.1.0.40214 and press Enter.
