Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VsMacroHierarchyLib.dll
2.Extract VsMacroHierarchyLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VsMacroHierarchyLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VsMacroHierarchyLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VsMacroHierarchyLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VsMacroHierarchyLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VsMacroHierarchyLib.dll and press Enter.
