Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vb7to8ui.dll 8.0.50727.42
2.Extract vb7to8ui.dll 8.0.50727.42 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vb7to8ui.dll 8.0.50727.42 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vb7to8ui.dll 8.0.50727.42.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vb7to8ui.dll 8.0.50727.42 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vb7to8ui.dll 8.0.50727.42 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
