Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vbDHTML.dll 1.0.850.29978
2.Extract vbDHTML.dll 1.0.850.29978 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vbDHTML.dll 1.0.850.29978 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vbDHTML.dll 1.0.850.29978.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vbDHTML.dll 1.0.850.29978 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vbDHTML.dll 1.0.850.29978 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vbDHTML.dll 1.0.850.29978 and press Enter.
