Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vbEncodingSnippet.dll 1.0.855.31831
2.Extract vbEncodingSnippet.dll 1.0.855.31831 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vbEncodingSnippet.dll 1.0.855.31831 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vbEncodingSnippet.dll 1.0.855.31831.
