Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vbNamespaces.dll 1.0.850.23725
2.Extract vbNamespaces.dll 1.0.850.23725 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vbNamespaces.dll 1.0.850.23725 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vbNamespaces.dll 1.0.850.23725.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vbNamespaces.dll 1.0.850.23725 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vbNamespaces.dll 1.0.850.23725 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
