Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vbTextSnippet.dll 1.0.850.25008
2.Extract vbTextSnippet.dll 1.0.850.25008 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vbTextSnippet.dll 1.0.850.25008 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vbTextSnippet.dll 1.0.850.25008.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vbTextSnippet.dll 1.0.850.25008 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vbTextSnippet.dll 1.0.850.25008 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vbTextSnippet.dll 1.0.850.25008 and press Enter.
