Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vbTracing.dll 1.0.850.29328
2.Extract vbTracing.dll 1.0.850.29328 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vbTracing.dll 1.0.850.29328 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vbTracing.dll 1.0.850.29328.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vbTracing.dll 1.0.850.29328 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vbTracing.dll 1.0.850.29328 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vbTracing.dll 1.0.850.29328 and press Enter.
