Using the zip or rar file 1.Download vbacv20.dll 2.0.0.6712
2.Extract vbacv20.dll 2.0.0.6712 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vbacv20.dll 2.0.0.6712 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vbacv20.dll 2.0.0.6712.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vbacv20.dll 2.0.0.6712 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vbacv20.dll 2.0.0.6712 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vbacv20.dll 2.0.0.6712 and press Enter.
