Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vdremote.dll
2.Extract vdremote.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vdremote.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vdremote.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vdremote.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vdremote.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vdremote.dll and press Enter.
