Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vimutil.dll 9.00.0010
2.Extract vimutil.dll 9.00.0010 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vimutil.dll 9.00.0010 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vimutil.dll 9.00.0010.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vimutil.dll 9.00.0010 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vimutil.dll 9.00.0010 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vimutil.dll 9.00.0010 and press Enter.
