Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vlmsup.dll
2.Extract vlmsup.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vlmsup.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vlmsup.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vlmsup.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vlmsup.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vlmsup.dll and press Enter.
