Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vparser.dll
2.Extract vparser.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vparser.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vparser.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vparser.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vparser.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vparser.dll and press Enter.
