Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vsavb7dtui.dll
2.Extract vsavb7dtui.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vsavb7dtui.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vsavb7dtui.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vsavb7dtui.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vsavb7dtui.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vsavb7dtui.dll and press Enter.
