Using the zip or rar file 1.Download vthomsat.dll
2.Extract vthomsat.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vthomsat.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vthomsat.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vthomsat.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vthomsat.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vthomsat.dll and press Enter.
