Using the zip or rar file
1.Download V3SysShutDownSave.dll
2.Extract V3SysShutDownSave.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract V3SysShutDownSave.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting V3SysShutDownSave.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract V3SysShutDownSave.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place V3SysShutDownSave.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 V3SysShutDownSave.dll and press Enter.
