Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ValidateSetup.dll
2.Extract ValidateSetup.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ValidateSetup.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ValidateSetup.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ValidateSetup.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ValidateSetup.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ValidateSetup.dll and press Enter.
