Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VirCol.dll
2.Extract VirCol.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VirCol.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VirCol.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VirCol.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VirCol.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VirCol.dll and press Enter.
