Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vclx70.bpl 7.0.4.453
2.Extract vclx70.bpl 7.0.4.453 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vclx70.bpl 7.0.4.453 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vclx70.bpl 7.0.4.453.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vclx70.bpl 7.0.4.453 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vclx70.bpl 7.0.4.453 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
