Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VAIOServiceSetting.dll
2.Extract VAIOServiceSetting.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VAIOServiceSetting.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VAIOServiceSetting.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VAIOServiceSetting.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VAIOServiceSetting.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VAIOServiceSetting.dll and press Enter.
