Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VB3 Organ.dll
2.Extract VB3 Organ.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VB3 Organ.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VB3 Organ.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VB3 Organ.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VB3 Organ.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VB3 Organ.dll and press Enter.
