Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Vocal Removal.dll
2.Extract Vocal Removal.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Vocal Removal.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Vocal Removal.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Vocal Removal.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Vocal Removal.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Vocal Removal.dll and press Enter.
