Using the zip or rar file
1.Download V4V5Envs.dll
2.Extract V4V5Envs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract V4V5Envs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting V4V5Envs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract V4V5Envs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place V4V5Envs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 V4V5Envs.dll and press Enter.
